Morning all,

Sunny and 72 for a high today.  I think a walk and lawn mowing will be accomplished.

Good to see John poke his head in yesterday.

Started working on the Tortoise yesterday, will finish fixing that today.

Happy Flag Day!

My better half and I are going to join the Villages Flag Day golf cart parade which this year they are attempting to set a world record of golf carts in line! Of course we already hold the record over over 3000 but what the heck it is a great excuse to deck out the cart in Red White and Blue, drive around the villages seeing the sites, waving the flag and afterwords taking over one of the village squares for barbecue and drinks and country music!.

This country has given me so much! I have seen a large chunk of the world in my business days and it always reminded me how incredible this world is and how lucky I was being an American.

Have a great Flag Day!

Mornin,' All!

Happy Flag Day!  I'll second Jim's comments on seeing the world and realizing what a great country we're privileged to live in and enjoy.  And various life issues help... oldest grandson turns 19 today.  How is That  possible??? I'm OLD!!!  Gaaaa!

Make it a great day, All, and stay safe!

Good afternoon all, barely.  Ran my Gravely for a while, but it needs a carb cleaning: dismount, clean the outside and the various vent holes, reassemble and try again.  I've rebuilt Gravely carbs before but any gaskets I have around were likely made 30+ years ago.

Pete, my first grandchild was born a little less than 6 months ago.  But my family tends to long generations: my 4-greats grandfather was born in 1740.
