Happy Friday, everyone!

Fridays are my favorite.

I have a slow day scheduled at work. I need to mow the lawn. I was going to do that yesterday. However, my riding mower's battery was dead and I had to go buy a new one  >:(

Have a great Friday, everyone.

Good morning. Mowed most of my yard yesterday afternoon so it doesn't look like a hay field from the street. Received the new Kit of the Month in the mail yesterday  from Fos Scale. I'll check it out later today.

Good Morning;

Love the photos. I am currently at my favorite morning place, on the back porch with a cup of coffee and the pups. I will be getting with a train modeling group later but first need to see the doctor to discuss an issue that needs dealing with (oh boy). Other than that maybe take the bride out for dinner later. Hope everyone has a great day.

Morning all,

Cloudy with a slight chance of rain, high of 84 later.

My doctor's appointment went well.  Probably my lowest blood pressure reading ever there.  We joked that it's probably because I'm no longer working.   8)

Maybe a short walk today, my knee hasn't really hurt for several days, so we'll try it out.

I got the lawn mowed yesterday, do you want to borrow my mower, Jaime?

I'd rather borrow the one mowing  ;D

I went to Walmart and bought a new battery. The last one gave me 3 year's worth so I guess that $35 was well spent.

8) Hazy sun and warm in Michigan this morning. Muggy from the humids hanging around.

Worked at the bench some, distracted from the cleanup mission  ;D

A couple outdoor tasks before it heats up are on tap for today.

Nice photos guys!

No mowing here, it's so dry, the lawn looks like shredded wheat.

Enjoy the day. :o

It's Florida weather here in NH.  You-all can keep your hot-and-humid to yourselves down there!

The cleaners are here, and of course the dogs are barking at the vacuum cleaner.  Once they leave, things will go back to normal.  I think today's project will be the apple orchard, starting with the fence around the back, then cutting the apple trees from their sprue and planting them, and finally finishing the fence.  That's the plan...

add Here's an interesting review of paint bottle openers:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4sWyj8DkxzA  Now I use adjustable water hose pliers for the lid, but I did order one of those rubber band bottle holders.  That'll be useful in both the train shop and the kitchen.  I'm a fan of this guy's reviews.

Now that the cleaners are gone, I'll head down to the train room, and start fiddling with the apple orchard fence.
