Howdy.

It has been too hot outside to go anywhere. I am staying indoors in the a/c. Although, I did got to some yard sales with my wife this past weekend. While at one of these yard sales I found an unbuilt kit of a 1958 Plymouth for $1. It was too hard to walk away from such a bargain. I keep hoping I'll find some cool craftsman kit bargains one day.

Stay cool out there.

Good morning. Need to go to Darnells Wrecking Yard to work on that one Jaime.😈 Might work a couple hours this morning  which leaves the afternoon free. I need  to add one more color to the lobster boat , maybe I can get it masked up for that.

Morning all,

Still humid here, but only a high of 82.  Rain possible this morning.

Still dinking around on the two car kits.  Need to get back to the layout.  Those darned grab irons are a pain.

Not hot, but still muggy in SE NH.  Cloudy skies for now, turning sunny later on.  No chance for rain.

Today's primary goal is to go to the grocery store to buy stuff for our pot-luck lunch tomorrow.  Past that, I'll either tackle the rock faces or add shrubberies, etc, to the recently forested slope.  And I need to ponder the removable forest section a bit more.  But that's all progress...

That's an interesting find, Jaime. The LHS I go to in Grand Rapids and the Hobby Lobby store I frequent still have 1/24 1/25 scale vehicle kits. Not for $1 tho :o  More like $35-45. 40% off at Hobby Lobby the last time I was in there, Friday. The "hobby" section there is shrinking. They have eliminated nice airbrushes and have not restocked the strip wood sales display in forever. I have a few 1/24-5 scale kits. I have an early 90s Chevy Impala SS I made into the last patrol car K9 Wrangler and I had when we retired in '97.

Nice quiet morning at the cedar swamp. The trip N was uneventful.   Enjoy the day all b
