Larry I mixed Vallejo Slimy Grime Light 73.823 and Tamiya NATO Black XF-69 which has a grayish tint when dry. I experimented until I got the shade I liked.

Nice looking algae Larry.
And add a slime line (green wash) right across the bottom of all the rock wall. How high you go depends on the tides.

Are you going to have pylons against the wall ? If so, you will want to add barnacles, I find N scale ballast good for that.

Thanks for the tips Rob. I'm probably won't be using pylons against the wall. I'll be using a medium grey ballast on the bottoms of all the dock posts then colored that with green chalks. I'll be using green chalks with clear alcohol to do the slime line across the bottoms of the wall and on the bottom of the rocks when I get to that point.

Wow! five pages and I didn't know you were building this. I guess I need
to spend more time on here. I like the change you made for the sea wall. The
rocks do look better than the ramp. And the seagrass makes it pop.

Thank you Jerry. The rock coloring was easy....they're real rocks. Added the seaweed to fill in the gaps between the rocks. The wall itself is from Couch and was weathered prior to installation.
