Good morning. Rained here last night in the northeast. It's clearing up now with the temperature going up to the low 80's. Dave E. mentioned stables and the use of horses in yesterday's thread, here's a couple businesses from the Boston area from around the turn of 20th century. Great signage on both.

Morning Dan and everyone that follows:

Great pictures. Today day starting out around 75 heading to 90 I guess, some storms likely but overall a nice day. I actually have a photo to share today. This is the delivery truck that delivered when I was growing up in Scottsville New York outside of Rochester. The idea of niome delivery of food has been around for some time. Oh, that is Shorty himself as you can see. The place is now a pizza house I include it here as well.

And over the first door, a good use for a spare wagon wheel.

We got much needed rain last night, although not as much as promised.  Today it's a bit muggy, but tomorrow and Saturday look good.  After time on the exercise machine, I'll go back out to the garage and play with the laser.  Eventually that'll move downstairs, but for now it's convenient to not hook up the air purifier while I'm still learning things.

Morning all,

Muggy but headed only to 82 later.

Cool pics this morning.  At least the signs for the movie aren't on the "post no bills" wall.

Disappointing Patriots game last night.  At least the defense looked good.

Hope to post more Narrow Gauge pics.  Some more Touch Toggles arrived so I can hook up some more Tortoise machines.

Sunny with more plesant humidity today in MI.  I can see how youse guys in the NE fan base might be a bit disappointed in the Patriots last night. 

1/2" of rain yesterday kept me, sadly, at the bench most of the day. 

Some bench time early then plenty to do outside.

Jim, Sylvan Scale does a version of that truck as a 1937 model. I've built them stock with the vegetable boxes in the back, I also built one for Seaport Scale Models as a fish monger's truck, and also as a small Coca Cola delivery truck.
