Morning all,

Finally it's here!  The end of the campaign ads is nigh!  I'm sure they'll continue asking for more campaign money though, the next election is only two years away!  

Supposed to rain here on and off all day with a high of 68.  

As my Plan D Medicare drug plan is not offered next year, I got that changed yesterday.  

I have a haircut appointment in an hour, need to get ready to go.

The Medicare website that lets up upload your prescriptions and then calculates costs for every plan in your area is one of the best/most useful government websites I've seen.  I need to add one (expensive) prescription, and press "recompute".  

But first, it'll be time to renew my 'license to complain' at the polls.  Wife is back from her exercise club, we'll go when she's ready.  

Then it's back to the train room.  I need to paint the caulk I put down to seal some small holes, and then apply at least one coat of Titebond III (waterproof wood glue.)  That's a recommendation from John Siekirk, who has poured a lot more water than I have.

Mailed my ballot in weeks ago. The horror. 

I'll hit the workbench shortly. Next up is fashioning a couple of pillows for three bed. Then building the nightstand.
