Similar to the last EXPO, I have arranged for a meet-and-greet for our group from 7-9 PM on Friday March 27th at the Hilton Hotel. We will have a cash bar and food/snacks can be ordered from the bar menu. There are not many time frames that will work, and this seems the best one. The people in that night's Platinum clinic are done at 8 PM, and this will allow them an hour to socialize with us.

This format seems preferable to a dinner off campus in several ways. Won't have to arrange rides and designated drivers. More conducive to mixng and meeting more people, as a sit-down dinner typically only allows conversation with those across from and on either side of you. Also, it doesn't require a three or more hour time commitment, and a $50 dinner bill.

I'll post the location within the hotel within a week or so. Will this work for everybody?

Be sure to invite Bill Obenauf to this get together. He's giving the resin water clinic...maybe we can get out of school early ???

Oftentimes they have shuttles in between airports. There may be one of those between Pittsburgh airport and Wilkes Barre airport.

Randee, I am on the list if you will add me. I'm flying to Wilkes Bare- Scranton by way of Detroit from Minneapolis, but may try to catch a ride with Jaime if easier to go to Philadelphia. We may find Bill Obenauf on the way and can reprise our airport run from the last Expo and create some fodder for Bill's after-dinner show.

Speaking of Bill Obenauf, he said to add him to the list as well. He will join us right after he wraps up his clinic, provided attendees help him clean up the resin. This forum party may be so big it will have to be moved to the parking lot.

Bill O

Hi gang-
Thanks for including me in the get together. I just went and double checked the Expo website and noticed that the clinic is scheduled to run from 6:00-8:30.  Any chance you'll all be hanging around past 9:00?

Also, how many of you that are part of the get together are also signed up for my water clinic?  Maybe the last half hour of the "water" clinic will have to feature water from "the land of sky blue water"!  (Quick--without Googling, name the beer)

Bill

Jerry

"Hamms"  Bring on the bear!!!

Hell they'll be there until you get there and buy a round!!! :)

I'm signed up Bill - looking forward to it!
