Post by: postalkarl on October 26, 2020, 04:27:43 PM
Hey Guys:

Here are a few pics of my buddies RR. I build all his structure. Whatever structures you see I build. Thje name of His RR is the Northeast And Everee. It's about 35 X 45 feet. He says about the same size as the F&SM. More pics later.

Wow!  What a great room with natural light.  The exact dream space that I'll hopefully find during my move.

Please keep us updated.

Great layout being built. I saw it on Youtube where there are several videos posted. I believe it's the same layout. Here is a link to one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OGdkbKwcv2g.

This will be a fantastic layout when uhh errr completed :)
Lots of great looking structures, Karl did you contribute to the structure builds?
I built two large trestles on my layout , both 3 foot long and mended the track and roadbed to the trestles before being installing, I would like to see how that large trestles gets its rail while in place. :)

Hey Lynn B:

Yes it is going to be really neat. I built most of the structures you see sitting around the layout. There is also another room that has about another hundred structures I built over the years in it. He will lay the rail on top of it when the time comes.

Outstanding modeling and features. Good to see your face. Is this the layout that takes 45 minutes for a single loop? I might be thinking of another layout.

Great work on those structures, Karl.

The layout is looking most excellent.  That's one massive viaduct!  And yes - its great to see your face.

Cheers, Mark.

George had the hole filled before anyone got a picture.  George is the only modeler that I've ever met that can exceed Karl speed.
