Baggage Car - Daily Chat / Re: Tuesday - November 2, 2021

Another day with the painters. They started a week ago Monday (10 and will be here till Thursday. Whole interior being painted sans the train room (walls and ceilings need it but no way I would let them knock around in there) and living room. Getting tired of stepping around and over and having everything moved to living room. Bedroom finally done so at least a good nights sleep (as long as the dog doesn't decide to pee). Oh well, at least I can get to the train room and get something done.

Baggage Car - Daily Chat / Minuteman Scale Models
August 27, 2021, 07:33:06 PM
Anyone having difficulty getting things from Minuteman Scale? I purchased some scale coat and paid for it on August 3. I have received no information, no paint, no response to inquiries. Anyone know if there is a problem. With the heat and smoke, I have plenty of time to model, but no paint! David

Dan, keep your focus straight and you'll get there. Progress is always good, though painful sometimes

Why would anyone want to attack a Railroad forum, not like there's money in it

Super Detailing / Residential mailbox
September 04, 2018, 07:39:25 PM
Folks, anyone have a suggestion of how to model the type of mailbox that attaches to the front of your House besides the front door? Sometimes I have seen a small basket or thin rectangular box used.I am not looking for the box on a pole that goes out near the street. Thanks,David Stickney
