Morning all,

I've been playing chicken with ACL1504 to see who would open first.  ;D

T.G.I.F!  It's been a week.  Enough said.

Good morning!  A buddy is coming over this morning to help lay down some scenery down on the layout.  Been a while since we got together, so lots to catch up on.

I mow the lawn, it re-grows behind the mower. Amazing, nature is!

Good morning! It's time for my cup of coffee. Thoughts and Prayers for Jan it sure sounds like the heavy rains in Western Europe are cause some real problems. I'm working on the railroad today then it will be time to spend some quality time with the Grandkids for a few days. I hope everyone has a great day.

We're home from vacation.  Some typical travel hassles, including trying to print out some boilerplate pages from COVID forms, and then traffic in Bahstun was terrible so it took us an hour longer than expected to get back home from the airport.  But the dogs were very happy to see us, Titus followed me everywhere last night, probably trying to make sure I didn't get away again.

Today's tasks are focused on recovering from travel, including unpacking, sorting out what paper we collected is worth keeping, and maybe playing with the photographs from the trip.

View from my late parents cabin in Smokey Mountains. The property was sold in 2006 after Mom died in 2004. This was considered a clear day in the Smokies.

Good morning - love the Smokies Tom - I have a brother in Hendersonville NC and the drive through the Smokies is always my favorite part of the trip. Thanks to all who helped with my request for the scrap yard structure on the FSM. Race teams left yesterday for the start of our "Western Swing" - Denver,Sonoma,Pamona - start of 6 weekends in a row. A number of races were rescheduled toward the later part of the season so we race 11 out of the next 12 weekends. The way a nitro car goes through parts could get real interesting....hope everyone has a great day.
