Morning all,

Sunny here with a chance of rain later and a high in the low 50s.  Hopefully the home stretch of the residing project as they start the front of the house today.

Trip to the grocery store planned for later this morning, not sure what else I'll get into today.

Chilly here, 36, partly cloudy.  It's Monday, so first order today is German class.  When I get back, I'll head back down to the train room and do more work on the machine shop.  Goal today is to get the 2nd story ceiling glued, after fishing the lighting wires down.

Good Morning;

A little foggy but nice outside to start the day. We are expecting 80 later today. I'm finishing my second cup of coffee then help clean the house. I expect I will do some modeling in the afternoon. All my football teams lost this weekend so there is no joy in Mudville today.

Greetings from a Burger King on the W side of Lansing as I grease up for the day playing with trains. Ops at Keeney's Nashville Road

The Eagles killed the Lions last night. QB must ache this morning  :o Det defense kept it much closer than it was.

Enjoy the day all. I'm looking forward to the break in 1:1

Evening all,

I admire your dedication to learning things, Dave. I'm actively working on forgetting some of the stuff I knew from my banking/software days.

Not much, other than my 2.5 mile walk, got accomplished today. Maybe tomorrow.

Have a great one!

I went "cold turkey" on most software stuff.  Better to forget, than spend the effort to try to keep up.  Now mostly I follow a couple of friends on LinkedIn.  One recently published 4th edition of his Systems Architecting book, so I bought a copy (and admit I looked to see if I was mentioned in it  :( )
