Morning all,

Sunny with a high of 47 today.

I think today will be tax prep day.  Always a fun chore.  Also will start packing as we're going to Florida on Thursday.  Not close enough to Orlando to pay Tom and the Butties a visit.   :(

I like the trestle, Jeff.  Still struggling with mine.

Sun 8) today in MI but forecast to be cloudy and windy.  We may get to the low 30s, tho, temp as well as wind gusts.  Steadily, if slightly, warming weather.  The map did look like the top half of the mitten and into the Yoop still having mixed schmutze.  ::)

Be well all.

Good morning, Jeff, Karl, Tom and later passersby.  Nice trestle - home layout or modular?

The lower Merrimack Valley was about 10F at dawn, expected to get a bit above freezing later, but snow forecast for the dark hours.  I've done the outside chores, now's my computer time, afternoon layout time, then an online BoD meeting if the organizer can get a password screwup straightened out.

At 1:00 PM, it's up to 31.  I'll take the dogs out for afternoon walk in a bit, the one dog has been having a bit of an incontinence problem.  We've ruled out an obvious infection and diabetes (and prostate is probably not likely with a female dog  ;D ).  So more bloodwork tomorrow to check on kidney function, and wife has ordered 'doggy diapers'.  Livia will not be happy with that at all!

After walkies, back to the train room to work on the doors and windows for the farmhouse.  I noticed a bit of disparity between the taskboard door parts and the styrene windows in texture, I'll see if I can work that out a bit on the door parts.

James, the trestle was from a modular layout at the Narrow Gauge Convention.

Sanibel was my first wife's favorite place in FL.  I hope your visit goes well; my eldest says the island lost a lot, economically, during the time between Hurricane Ian and the restoration of the highway from the mainland.

We made it to the 40s today, the sun hung around most of the day and it was a pleasant day.
