Good Morning;

Coffee is on and windows open. Actually we are expecting another hot open today, mid 90's. I am working on the layout today some this morning and not sure what this afternoon. I finally got the promised resin detail parts from the Winter Challenge shipped yesterday, with help from my better half. Actually without her I won't know how to ship to Canada let alone New Zealand. Hope everyone likes them and has a great day.

It looks to be a perfect day in SE NH.  Sunny, high 79, not too humid.  I -should- put some fertilizer on the lawn that was cut yesterday.  Maybe I'll wait until tomorrow.  Not much motivation yesterday in the train room, maybe I can find some today.

Some rain coming later. I'm headed to nearby town with the Doll. She just made breakfast for me :D

Bench time later (?) time will tell.

New carb coming for the rinky-dinky tiller.  Old gas messes stuff up. Already did a new gas tank and lines and a spark plug. I can get it to run, about 30-45 seconds at a time. Pull starter is a pita >:(

Every one have a good day. Going to 70s today. 90s are in the long term forecast.

Morning all,

Not much to report on the workbench front. I keep deferring but today may be the day!

Over the course of our trip, we went through 53 locks. Amazing how those ships just barely fit in the locks with little room to spare. And, of course, you can't go anywhere in Europe without seeing a majestic church or three. We're already picking out next year's cruise in preparation for booking it.

Have a great one!

The other thing is that it's rare to see a church/cathedral these days withOUT scaffolding.  That's OK, I'm very happy to see the effort to maintain these structures.

The blankety-blank squirrels have figured out there's a garbage can in the garage with bird seed in it, and they can knock the top off to get to the seed.  Then the chipmunks join in the feast.  Well, they've pretty much emptied all that birdseed, and I'm not refilling it.  BUT I still need to convince the squirrels and chipmunks that their buffet is over.

Morning all,

Late start today.  Possible rain on and off and high of 83.

Of course two locos which had no issues last week had issues when my grandson ran them.  I'll try to figure out the problems later today.  Thank goodness there's 10 other trains staged.
