I built this kit about 15 years ago. The main building never did go together the way it was supposed to, so I modified it with pieces of dpm walls. The rest of the kit was just o.k. Instructions were just like fsm kits. I think master creations instructions go worse with each successive kit until you needed prozac to build their sawmill. All I can say is good luck.

Good Morning All,

Remember my inquiry about this building? Well, while browsing thru my library, i came across the original article on this structure. In July of 1986, RMC did an article on this structure. I only have part of it. It turns out that is was a bank in Cairo, West Virginia. The model follows the building quite well. The Baltimore and Ohio railroad ran right in front of the bank.

Well, Christmas came a little early with a surprise package from a friend (who will remain nameless for the moment). Coincidently, the kit was manufactured here in Arizona. It must be fate to have this structure.

With that being said, please stay tuned to the build of "Blandings and Gallard Cement and Construction Company, to be renamed the bank of "?". I think this structure will make a fine addition.

Stay tuned.

Have a great day!

Okay, my secret Santa aka benefactor was ACL1504. It was quite a pleasant surprise. Now I have to build it so Tome can build his. I don't dare tell him that he should send me his and I'll build both at the same time. As much as I would like to, I am up to my eyes in projects, but I'll do a good job on the build information so anybody can build this one. Tom, thank you again for the structure. Maybe I should name the bank after you!!!
