Recall seeing a scratch building article on that building in Model Railroader back in the late 50's, early 60's .
Do you have any info on that ?

I don't think the artilcle was that old.  It was either 70's or 80's.  I think it was either 2 or 3 parts.

Sorry Dave but the footer says page 42 - 46 and Model Railroader, but no date. The author was Aaron G. Fryer - Title Lineside Lumber and supply yard - Part I  The prototype picture looks like the same picture as above. The last sentence says continued next month.
