Afternoon all,

Busy day today. Dentist appointment this morning. Now there's a crew here replacing three sliding glass doors. I don't think the replacements are Tichy though. I won't be able to get at my workbench this afternoon. Maybe not tomorrow either. Depends on how the installation goes.

The dogs went to the groomers today:

Last night was not a good night for Livia (on the left).  She had stuff coming out of both ends, must have eaten something that really upset her tummy.  She should be better by dinnertime.  

We're -enjoying- some rain today, it's kinda strange to see after having so little for the last 2 months.  

Back to the basement in a bit, more chairs and tables.

Good afternoon, Bob, Dave and others who look in.  After spending most of the morning on the computer, I put on my rain gear and went down to the slip to help haul my friend's trawler (it's a slow, live-aboard motorboat, it doesn't drag nets behind). The truck arrived early, so we had quite a time getting the boat around the right-angle corner to the correct (downstream) side of the ramp against the incoming tide.  He has a bow thruster but it was useless against the Merrimack - our tides are 6-7 feet twice a day. But it ended well and several of us enjoyed an adult beverage in the Club after.

Dinner is Pad Thai as made in Thailand, without the sugar that so many US restaurants add to everything.  Then more computer business and maybe some modeling time.
