Morning all,

Beautiful day yesterday.  Will get up to nearly 70 again today, but rain/storms this afternoon and colder the rest of the week.  Wife wants me to prune a couple of plants in the back later.

Working on a Proto 2000 kit.  Slow going as I can only attach so many hand grabs before taking a break.

Trombones you say?
We're to get to seventy-six today if the prognosticators are correct. And aren't they ALWAYS correct? Something's afoot as the last tiny snow pile on the deck disappeared over night. I may have to get the convertible washed later today.
Let people wonder what you're up to today. Smile at them!

Working on my second million. I gave up on the first.

Foggy in Michigan this morning, temp ~60o

More storms, chance of SEVERE this afternoon, late and thru the night.  After that the weather descends back into Winter with cold and possibly snow later in the week, Winter Weather Advisory for the UP.

I just replaced the props on my Drone, one of the evil DJI Air 2s models now banned by our gubbamunt 8) I had trouble with it the last time I had it out and had to put it in a hover and grab it out of the air.  :o cut the dickens out of my little finger and cracked the nail on my ring finger.  I need to give it a good software update and preflight before I try it again.  A blade on one prop broke in the melee.  The drone is a joy if somewhat tense at times to fly.  The photos are remarkable.  Especially when spying on the military and scouting out drug drops...

Hair and beard trim may be in the plans for today, more layout stuff as well coming up.

Be safe and stay well... ;)

Good afternoon from the sunny NH seacoast.  It's 72F with a low of 37F forecast tonight. Today is the Town Election. My turn supervising the polling place begins in 45 minutes, off for dinner, then supervising the count at 8PM.  Only one candidate for most positions, none for 3 but we were able to recruit two write-ins, for whom I made a sign earlier.

I have some prep to do for my styrene scratchbuilding clinic Saturday, otherwise modeling will get fitted in when time & tide allow.

Good afternoon.  The Comcast tech came this afternoon and as soon as he walked in he said they gave me the wrong box. While  he was here he checked the signal, gave us a newer modem, and installed the new box and programmed everything.  I should have just called and made an appointment in the 1st place. To answer Dave Emery's question from yesterday  post, Comcast is the only game in town. About 10 years ago Verizon came in and installed fiber optic cable, but it's never been  available. I think a former mayor got paid off for the monopoly Comcast  has.

Well, that "inhales vigorously!"  Sounds like something to take up with town elected government....

I am glad the Comcast guy got your stuff working.  I feel for those people, who often have to deal with customers who have been abused by Comcast corporate.

Afternoon all,

Sitting here painting details and figures. I'm always unhappy with how sloppy my paint jobs are but then I realize I'm looking at the through a 10x Optivisor. When I take that off they look a little better. I want to get through this phase so I can start gluing stuff together.

Have a great one!
