Hi All:

here's a couple of progress shots. the last building is finished. All I have to do is the scenery and the details and I'll be done.

Great great build Karl. The third building is pretty straightforward, but it's my favorite part of the kit...just enough added features to make it really interesting!

Really nice overall, such a variety of techniques and finishes.

Hi John:

Thanks for the compliment. Much Appreciated. I like the 3rd building also. It's more work than it looks like.

Hi Karl and Frank

About to start applying the stucco. Any tips or advice on doing this ?

George advices applying in a circular motion, creating small 3/4 swirls.

I'm not quite sure what that means.

Is it necessary to do that swirling motion or can you just apply with a soft flat brush in a thin coat ?

Appreciate what advice you can offer

Cheers

Bagman,

I did use the swirling motion to apply the stucco.  I did this by doing small 1/4" circles.  It helps to keep the stucco from looking like there are brush strokes in either horizontal or vertical direction. This video gives an idea of what you need to do only this is in 1:1.
