Thanks to everyone for the all the kind comments.  This was a challenging, but fun, build.   ;D

Thanks Andy, Dave and Karl!  I really appreciate the comments.

Dave - I'm looking forward to seeing your roundhouse all lit up.  That's going to be quite a sight.   8)

Nice job Bob! I really like how it turned out.

How did you like using the spray-on adhesive for the windows? I used Future (or Pledge or whatever it goes by now) floor polish to attach my glazing on the WKLO kit that I'm working on. I like using that.

Now if only you can find a supplier for lighting stuff that doesn't gyp you on your order.  ::)

Thanks Karl!  I really appreciate the comments.  I'm very pleased with how the lighting worked out.  I'm planning on delivering it to Tom (ACL1504) on Saturday.  I'm looking forward to seeing it with some scenery, track, rolling stock, etc. around it when he gets it planted on the new A&S.   :D

Thanks Slim!

I actually liked using the spray-on adhesive.  I have tried the acrylic floor polish trick.  The glazing for this kit was already cut to size so the entire process didn't take as long as I had feared it would and was relatively easy.  WKLO is on the shelf.  Somewhere.   ::)

Hey!  I like my supplier for lighting stuff.  I think I'll stick with him.   ;)

Hey - check the window castings in WKLO. I was missing a sprue of four eight-lighters. Fortunately I had one from the remnants of a Tichy assortment pack. Those assortments are great to have on hand. Think I'll get another.

HI Bob:

Looks great. Not an easy kit. You did a great job with it.

Terrific work Bob.....love the lighting.  8)

It looks even more impressive in person.....it's a good idea to keep Slim as your lighting provider.....you'll keep the PC crowd happy by being kind to a senior citizen who's just trying to get by.  ;D ;D ;D

I agree with Greg. Solkol's can't be fully appreciated in the above shown photos. And, we need to keep Slim as our lighting provider.....otherwise he may want someone to burn something. Just saying.
