Hi All:

When I received this building it was partially built. Walls, Windows & Doors Back Shed, porches & trim were built.

Roofs, Signs, Base. Details, Figures, Chimney (made fro me by Microscale Models), Signs were made by Frank Bernard.

Here's a few photos.

Did you ever notice how many towns are named after their water towers ! ?

Lots of details and angles for such a small structure.  Looks great.

Good work, but very unusual looking structure.....what are the dimensions (w/d/h/) of the building?

Hi GP Demayo & Jim:

Here are the dimensions:-----1 3/4" X 1 3/4" X 5" High. This does not include the shed Which is 1 3/8" X 1 5/8". Have included a scale side view of the structure plan. It appears larger than HO scale. If you print it out it will be in HO.

Karl, I didn't mean anything bad by the comment, it's just that each floor will only be one room and the ceiling height will be like 12 foot. To me it just looks stretched out. Sort of like Wicked Wandas, that building always looks stretched out to me.
