Evening Dan,  You canning company is coming along very nicely.  I really like the blue color that you achieved on the siding !!  Blue can be a tough color to use but you have pulled it off exceptionally well ...
Keep up the good wrk as I'll be following along,
Best,

Yes sir, I've been working on it and taking photos, but I've been also playing catch up on yard work. I'll try and post the photos tonight.

Raymo

So it's been a couple of weeks since I posted photos on my build but I have been working on it. When I last posted I had painted the window and doors. I gave these a light A&I wash.

Raymo

When that had dried, I filled the windows with Frosted Gallery Glass.

Raymo

After they set up overnight, I installed the window and doors to the building.

That really looks great. Unusual color, but I love it!

Then I painted a couple of pieces of 1/8 x 1/32 strip wood White. These will represent frieze (freeze?) boards at the tops of the walls. They also received a A&I wash. They were then installed.

Raymo

The only thing I didn't like is the frieze boards stick out past the corners. I thought about running these out past the corners but I didn't. The other way would be to do like Doug Foscale does by shortning the walls by 1/8th and using a piece of 1/16 x 1/8 stripwood in its place

Thanks John. I like this blue, it's a WW 2 aircraft color.

Raymo

I then painted the roof card and a couple pieces of 1/16 square this Sea Glass color to represent aged copper.

Raymo

I thought the roof needed a little more detail, so I added some 3/16 x 1/16 stripwood and painted that. I also added the roof card to the structure.

Raymo

Then that was hit with the A&I wash.

Raymo

That's it for now, next up, finishing up the roof, and building the water tank.
