Several kits of this building have been available through the years from Magnuson and Walthers. It represents a building on Water Street in Milwaukee that was briefly the headquarters for Walthers. They may still offer a variety of it. George's model has been shortened on the front facade.

I should have stated that it is a Magnuson kit # 439-542, 1245 N. Water Street Milwaukee, WI. I have two still in the box of this kit.

George cut this one down to fit the space. He has a hundred+ Magnuson kits on the layout and all if not most are all kit bashed.
