Here is a look at the concrete pad under the two doors after the small piece of wood was slipped in the gap.

The roof signs are now in place and the sign boards are also glued to the roof base.

This is a better view of the lighted interior of the diner.

The roof still needs the roof detail - the AC unit and the Sweaty Betty's sign.

I'll add the pitch/tar around the insides edges of the roof tomorrow. I've lightly weathered the roof top and back sides of the sign boards with Model Masters Light Ivory.

Hopefully I'll have more photo of some progress tomorrow.

Sweaty Betty's construction work continues after the subs took a little break.

I primed the wood roof sign with Polly Scale ATSF Cat Whisker Yellow and let dry. When dry I painted the edges of the Sweaty Betty's roof sign with Floquil Old Silver as I did with the roof marquee signs.

When that dried I added the Sweaty Betty's sign. I built frame work to support the roof sign.
