Hi Jan:

yeah I usually use George's color schemes. Sometimes I use others like Depot Buff with Zinc Chromate. and others. Thanks for the comment.

Hi All:

elevated office is finished except for the roof. Will get on that tomorrow. Here's a couple of photos. Went with Karl O's wood siding instead of shingles.

Yes, great choice on the wood siding. Really fits in nicely with the rest of the structure. Love the build - thanks.

Karl,
(special k) what a fantastic job so far.  You are the type of modeler George always wanted to sell his kits too! (one who actually builds his kits) ha. Love this build.  Thanx Thom...

Another great build Karl! Karl O has a lot of good ideas. ;)

Hi Steve:

Thanks appreciate it. Started the scenery today. Parking lot is in as is the track and some of the scenery around each.

Karl, are those building loose or did you glue them down to the wood base? I'm still trying to figure out my long-term strategy for buildings. Dioramas are great work construction but seems like that will lead to complications when siting them on the layout.

Hi Vince:

Yes they are glued down. I'm not sure if you would have complications adding them to the layout or not.

Hi All:

The rear of the model is finished. I added the Bar Mills 57 foot brick stack. Not included with the kit. The scenery in the rear is finished.
