It has been a busy week so far. I hope to get more done on the new layout this weekend. The exhibition at Pontefract, Yorkshire went well. Of the 3 cups on offer, Red Hook Bay was awarded two! It made the trip worth while.

Have a nice day.

Good morning,

Congratulations on your successful trip Mike!  I've been working on Red Hook Wharf and hope to use it to anchor a small switching layout.  Your Red Hook Bay is definitely an inspiration!

Today's my Friday.  Three-day weekend on tap.  First, however, I have to suffer through another day of work.

Have a great one!

Morning all.

Congrats on the winnings, Mike.  Well deserved.

It will get to 61 degrees here today, but I'll be at work and miss it.   :P

Good Morning All,

After some chores I'll do some dry brushing to help weather the 2 flats before putting on the load. I just have to get out of my chair to start!

Here's a picture of Roxie the skunk cooling off by laying on the tile floor.

Here's my 2 little stinkers, Livia (left) and Titus, on their thrones.  Although it doesn't look it here, Titus is actually the much more lively one.

The fun thing about having 2 dogs is how different their personalities are.

Back to the brickworks, I'll glue the windows into the dormer castings and then glue the dormers onto the roof.  Then I'll start the painstaking task of shingling between them...

Morning,

My bones are frozen, yet it is getting warmer - go figure?

I might get to doing some diorama work, but no promises are made so none are broken.
