My app is just about identifying the rock units.  It does show major faults (black lines)

The green at top is granite/granodiorite unit.  The middle is that Newbury Volcanic Complex, and the bottom is Topsfield Granitodiorite.  In the app, you point to the color, and it'll tell you the rock there. 

I don't know about a triple junction of plates.  There's a lot of crumbled plates when the Acadian Orogeny constructed North America.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acadian_orogeny  Mostly we were looking at the results in Vermont, because the one prof specialized in the rocks and rock formation there.
