Morning all,

Not much on tap today.  Probably some workbench time if I feel like it.  Suffering, a bit, from all the pollen the trees are producing.  My red car is turning yellow.

I'll watch the game.  Hope the Eagles can pull it off this time around.

Have a great one!

Afternoon all,

I made a trip up to Home Despot in Lenior City for supplies (12 more sheets of 1/2" foamular, 4 gallons of paint, a case of Liquid Nails Project, etc etc). And then I had a couple hours of real work.  Eventually I was able to work on the middle level steel brackets that will mount around the center platform.  I finished drilling holes, grinding smooth edges, and then I brushed a coat of Ospho on them.  Ospho turns iron oxide (rust) into iron phosphate which is an inert hard substance that can be painted.  Next step is to spray paint them flat black and then mount them.

Adventure Kitty enjoys climbing all over the layout. To her it's like a giant cat tree. :)

Good evening, all.  The sun set over the Merrimack Valley a few minutes ago. I spent the morning shoveling, clearing the PV panels with my long 15 foot squeegee and using the tractor on the long driveway and plow berms here, at my daughter's and at my sister's. It was above freezing and sunny here, so I let that do the cleanup on my tractor work.  Then I reconstructed another RR-Line thread.   Next I tend the chickens and the barn cat while my wife makes dinner.

My daughter just sent me a picture of her wearing the newest Buffalo Bills t-shirt, with who they want to win on it.

It says F**K BOTH TEAMS!

😅😅

Don't blame me. I'm just the messenger. She takes after her mother.
