Morning all,

Headed to 50 degrees today!

Patriots lost due to no offense, but they had a great year.

Work on the tower kit continues.  Slowly.

A bit of whimsy on the layout tour.

Morning Gents,

Lots of train time this week. Let's see if I can get something substantial done (or started).

Hope things are warming up wherever you are.

Good Morning Folks;

Well another super bowl has come and gone. Now for the rest of the Olympics. We are starting out in the low 40's this morning but expect to be in 70's later so all in all a great weather day here in Florida. I plan to work on some finances and then the layout this afternoon. Not much else going on here, have a great day.

Good morning, Jeff, Cuse, Jim and those who look in later.  My chickens and barn cat are tended and the sun has just gotten above the pines. Sun's supposed to shine all day on the NH seacoast, bringing the temperature from 5-ish to 27F.  Like yesterday, today's agenda is mostly model building and model support building.

A chilly start to the day, but as James said, sun all day.  It's supposed to warm up by the end of the week, well above freezing, but also some "wintry mix" in the forecast.  I'd actually rather it stayed below freezing, at least for precipitation purposes.

Anyway, after remote German class (instructor is recovering from ankle replacement surgery), I'll head down to the train room, and probably assemble the doors.  Last night I was remembering something Dave Frary said about red paint, 'It's too bright, tone it down with 10% white'.  I may put a light coat of lighter red on the doors.

Half a dozen deer still out in the back, stayed up too late after The Big Game watching the skating?  I ended up watching the game, muted the half time abomination, and was a disinterested observer of the unique play, or lack there of.  Seems the D was the dominant aspect as there was so little "O" either way.  The bally-hood commercials...meh...I enjoyed the Bud beer eagle.  The two freaks on the couch in fur surely won't impress me into signing up for their tv service.

Had little bit of whine this morning from the coffee abstainer, the fence around her will power is straining.  :'(

Layout stuff on for today, build a couple more bents for the trestle that I can't quite figure out..

It's still quite cold and grey here this morning, the weather chick said we'd only had 4 hours above 32o in 20 some days.  We might later in the week but not today.  No major weather is headed our way for a week or more.

Enuf from MI.  Enjoy the day all.

Afternoon all,

Nothing worthy of reporting happened here today. Maybe tomorrow although I'm on tap for airport transportation in the afternoon.

Have a great one!
