Morning all,

Earlier this week I was out with the snow blower and today it's going to be 76 degrees.  Some outside work planned for later and maybe a walk.

There sure were a lot of stock pens on the layouts at the Narrow Gauge Convention.

Morning Jeff and other members. Using up another day off today.  Need to go and have a pan xray of my teeth for a possible extraction this afternoon, other than that nothing is planned.

Warm(er) weather in MI this morning, but dull grey sky

SPARTY moved on in the NCAA as did the boys from A2  Oddly, both played teams named Bisons.

I worked on a bridge for the layout through out the day.

Interesting looking stock pen, Jeff.  That's an 'industry' not served on my layout.

Enjoy the day everyone.

Sunny and seasonal temps, I guess it's the first day of Mud Season here in New England.  The cleaners are done, so I'll go down and look at the grass mat I glued down last night.  I've not used one before, it'll take work to keep from looking too monochrome/golf-course, but for moderately large spaces (farm fields) this does save time.  And it moves me forward from the analysis-paralysis I was in.

Here's the Heki grass mat in front of the backdrop.  The instructions say to dampen the mat to remove the grass, I'll be doing that selectively to blend this into the rest of the scenery.

Good Morning Folks;

Woke up to nice spring weather today. I have a group get together for modeling and gabbing later today so that will be fun. I also hope to work on the scenery scene of the bridge project I am finishing up. I should be able to plant it on the layout sometime next week. It came out OK, not great but OK. However. for those of you with a good resin printer thinking of constructing a lift bridge check out this one on Thingverse. When I watched the video I just sat back and said, you have got to be kidding, it is amazing.

As for mine here is how it looks before finishing up the scene:

Afternoon all,

Nothing got done at the workbench this week. Maybe I can remedy that this afternoon. Today's pictures are inspiring, no doubt about that.  :)

This evening we're headed out to a friend's house for dinner and a cut (haircut). Last day of Spring Break for the better half. Monday she'll be back at work tutoring the young'uns.

Have a great one!
