Howdy.

Welcome back to the forum, Frank.

Some of you may be traveling to the National Narrow Gauge Convention at the Twin Cities this week. I am not one of those  :-\ If you are going to be there, make lots of pictures and share them.

Pictured below is John Siekirk who rode a passenger train with us on the last National Narrow Gauge Convention held at the Twin Cities. It was a rainy train ride. Some fell asleep on the way back to the Duluth depot. Any day when you can ride a train is fun regardless of the weather and level of activity.

Later.

It's cloudy with rain in the forecast in SE NH.  Looks like heavy clouds, but light rain, for most of the day.  My new laser cutter arrived about 7:30 last night, so today's task will be to unpack, assemble and test it.

Morning. Glad to see another one of the old school forumer's checking in. Like Dave said, it's raining here in the northeast, we need it and it's a welcome relief. It's just like a snow day as a retiree..

Geesh, might be stuck inside... :o

Good Morning;

Same in Florida today as yesterday, muggy warm and afternoon thunder. I have done a little work on my pickle factory each day but need to pick up the pace. Still it is fun just to see progress. Hope everyone enjoys a great day.

Morning all,

I thought I had replied earlier today.

Our heat index will easily top 100 degrees later this afternoon.

I have been to and lived through my dentist appointment this morning.

Good to see Frank has returned.  Looking forward to his third iteration of the Yakima Apple buildings.

Too bad you're not going to the convention, Jaime.  I don't take nearly as good pictures as you do.  I've spent the last couple of days mapping out the layouts I want to see.

Afternoon all,

Sigh, I need to gather even more documentation for the home equity loan we're applying for. Thought I gave them everything but the kitchen sink last week. Hopefully I'll get that done and still have the energy to pull out the workbench.

Have a great one!
