Morning all,

Cloudy with a high of 66 today.

Interesting discussion with ortho yesterday.  As I'm really not having any pain and the way the tear is, surgery isn't really indicated at this time.  My main concern was limited range of motion, but over the 2 weeks since I saw him it's nearly back to normal.  We'll do some PT to strengthen the leg and work on the range of motion.

Today a trip to Costco and the grocery store on the morning's docket.  Will mow later this afternoon.

Morning all. Checking in after being absent the past couple weeks.  Been busy with my mother back in rehab to build up her strength and doing fall clean up at the cemetery.  Did get to go to the local fair Friday to cheer on my mother's side of the family in the tractor pulls.

Sometimes it's just a matter of finding the right exercise.  That pain in my right hip is responding quite well to the new exercise/stretch regime from the PT.  It's still a bit sore while driving, that position seems to be at 'peak pain'.

We're getting a COSTCO late next year, and "another national store", we're all hoping it's Ikea.  These will go into the space that used to hold a traditional mall with Sears and JC Penney and all the usual mall stores.

I have a PT appointment in a couple minutes, then back to the train room...

Bright overcast and 15 degrees cooler than yesterday, highs in 50s the next few after today.  Rain most of tomorrow.

Sounds good on the knee Jeff.  Best of results in the PT.

Enjoy the day.

Afternoon all,

Must be PT day. I thought I finished all my PT sessions but, they called me and scheduled one to check my range of motion to see if there's any improvement so that's what I'll be doing this afternoon.

Slowly getting into a new build. Painting detail parts.

Have a great one!
