More on the dark yellow box.

QuoteQ: I have some other first order kits from George, that also have the dark colored boxes. Now I'm wondering how much they may be worth. I am also wondering how many different kits had the same thing happen, and if he threw them out as well. Guess I'll have to ask George. Thanks for the info
A: Hi, I've been buying, collecting, selling Fine Scale Miniature Kits since I was in High School back in the Late "70's". Wow, didn't realize that it's been 35+ years now. The first 3 kits were both in a Yellow box as well as in a White box. Other than that, the only other unusual box color was "Sewall's Foundry". To the best of my knowledge, every Sewall's was in a Dark Yellow Box. On another note, George had sent me the First 2 Swakhammer's at the request of a Private Individual that I was a contract builder for, at the time. When I completed Swakhammer's, he received one of the Dark Yellow Boxes (Gold Color) and gave me this one, so we both had one. Hope that this information helps everyone understand more of the oddity of Swakhammer's as well as other kits.

George can put his kits in whatever stinkin' color boxes he wants - it's the quality and attention to detail in
the boxes that counts!!!

OK, enough of how the cow ate the cabbage!!!!
