I spoke with Jimmy S. on buying Monster. It is still for sale if anyone is interested. It just wasn't a good fit at this time for me.

He states he sent me back what I sent him. Good luck proving that in court when you sue me for libel Johnathan Snyder of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.

Again... all I wanted was my incomplete casting set back which I listed wrong. Nothing more. I didn't get what I wanted. I hate not getting my way!

For some reason Jonathan Snyder is still saying I'm telling "half-truths" and not telling the whole story. Let me further clarify...

I posted a set of castings I said was "Complete." They weren't. That's my fault 100%. I don't understand why he thinks I'm telling lies there.Yes, my most recent eBay auction still said "Complete" I have changed that. Again, these sets ARE NOT COMPLETE!He wants me to post these too for some reason, to prove he was right to ship me back $.50 worth of bolts:




Dealing with a winner here. If anything happens to me... look up the obvious loose cannon...

 If anyone knows Jonathan Snyder of New Cumberland, PA., tell him I said hello, and I apologize for my mistake in listing a set of 75+ castings as "Complete" because the set I modeled it after was missing 12, and it just so happens I can't find the molds with several of those missing castings.



Tell him not to bother apologizing for what was totally my fault (minus the fraudulent return on his part.)



I'm sorry he believed I was just making excuses. That was never the case. I really, truly, can't find several of those castings.

 I had prematurely refunded Jonathan (before I opened the box of nuts) because never in a million years would I have thought that anyone would do this. The case is now closed, and I'm out $44.99. I can't do anything. Even if I could, writing this letter is better medicine than calling eBay or PayPal. I guess Jonathan thought I was dishonest, so he tried to do me one better. I'm not sure why my 100% positive feedback eBay account is "Red Flagged" and being banned, but so far they must still be "in the process" because I've since sold at least 10 sets since then. eBay removed his feedback he left for me. I'm not sure what it said, but it must have been vulgar? At least it was positive!



If anyone has any ideas what other kits may contain these castings, please let me know. Jonathan would like them. He's not convinced that I can't find them amongst over 1000 molds I received from George.
