This is looking great Andy!
I've always had a difficult time with hip roofs and reverse gables.

I love photo's, don't we all.

Should of known I would be the first one to finish. The Solace house is finished except for a little light weathering just before it goes on the layout.

Thanks again to everyone that stopped in to see how it was going. Now to get it on the layout.

Very nice looking build Andy.  Congratulations on being the first over the finish line. I think you have enough time to get another one done.

Great looking house, Andy.  I need to get some of that embossed stone stuff.

Thanks John, I was thinking the same thing, I do have the Mauston Wisconsin station to build, that's next on my list anyway.

Jeff, I tried the stone sheet a few years ago on a whim, I have been using it ever since. It is a good product for something that doesn't sit right up front, at a distance is where it has the advantage. It is the same way with their brick sheet.  and thanks for watching!!

This is for anyone else that is interested in the Micro-mark self stick sheeting. I did a scratch build of the East Side Oil Co. and used the brick sheeting on it, this is how it looks.

If you hold it in your hand you can tell right away it is a photo, but set back a foot and it looks real.

In N-scale ( if they have it ) it would even be better usable , maybe even for front buildings.
