Morning all,

Just another Saturday. The judge is coming over to run trains around 8:30 this morning. I'll sure it will all be in the Saturday report.

Good morning Tom and everybody else who wanders in.  Got some scenery done on the layout yesterday.  Today will be chores time.  Always something to do around the house. First, coffee.

Morning, all.

Off for the weekend.  Need to mow today, probably at the highest setting and repeat tomorrow on the normal height setting.  With all the rain in the last week or so it's really growing.  Hopefully Jan is staying dry with all the European floods.

I'm up early, because my body's time zone is somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic.  I remember reading it takes a day for each hour you shift to recover from jet-lag.

Today's task is going through the photos from the trip.  I got a website up with the photos, but no location information/metadata:  http://davebert.photos/France21

Morning all.

Took a trip to the hobby store yesterday and bought supplies. Mostly paint, but also picked up a DPM kit, some castings, stripwood and styrene. My huge order of Northeastern wood arrived from Walthers, too.

Got an hour or so at the bench yesterday, but I also put together a new structure design on the computer. It's so fun to do that.

Anyway — have a great day everyone!

Good morning! The grandkids are on their way - planning some outside summer time family fun.  We have had so much rain that the ground in the woods behind my house is mud - like it is in the springtime when the snow melts. I drove back their with the tractor to get rid of some of the tree branches that have fallen in the storms and the tractor was sinking in three to four inches. The coffee is ready - I hope everyone has a great day.  Here is a picture from my favorite town on the F&SM.

Good evening , worst has past here , and so sorry for the Belgium's and the German's but I think the measures we have taken over the years  ( there were big floods in 1993 and 95 ) have paid off, nu casualties not even injured, just a lot of material devastation. Still not in the clear in stream downwards areas but it's looking good.

We really feel for our neighboring countries where lives were lost and  the devastation is far greater, just hoping this is a once in a lifetime.
I love photo's, don't we all.
