Good Morning;

Looks like a late start, for those in Florida, look to the east coast tonight around 7pm as they send the rocket up to get the astronauts that are stuck at space station. It is the third try but I think this one will be a go.

Off to coffee, hope everyone has a great day.

Good morning everyone.

A high of 58 and rain here in Santa Cruz.

Not sure what I'll do today.
Depends on the weather.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning Jim and thanks for opening.

I put on the coffee for all that come later.

It's a gray day here in South Jersey.

Everyone have a great day!!  :)

Morning all.

Sunny and we're supposed to break 80 degrees today.   8)

My wife has her post op appointment with the orthopedist and then PT.  I need to go to the Credit Union today as well.  Maybe I'll wash the car today since it's going to be so nice outside.

Yesterday I whined about my problems replacing a failed cable.  Last night, after considering all the options, I ordered another cable, and I'll just bite the bullet and drill bigger holes in the wall.  So far this effort has cost me both time and money, as I tried a whole bunch of possible fixes (that involved buying tools, spending time redoing connectors, both ethernet and coax, etc.)  The new cable should arrive tomorrow.  It'll be warm tomorrow, so a good day to work outside running the cable underneath the siding and caulking the holes in the wall.

In the meantime, I got some really good news on the Ambroid coach project.  Someone who will remain nameless will send me custom-cut roofs.  They should arrive in time for my birthday next week.  ;D  There's still more work to do to get the roof to fit correctly onto the car body, but I'm "back in business" on that project.

Morning all,

Spending time at the workbench today.  Maybe I'll pop in a movie to listen to/watch while I'm at it.  It's been a while since I watched "Miracle" so that seems like a good candidate.

Have a great one!

Good afternoon, all.  The weather I share with Dave & Raymo is sunny with a high of 50-ish.  I took my bike for a short ride today, but no long rides till I replace the front shift cable.

Starting to talk with the Track Gang about getting Seashore Trolley Museum's railroad out of hibernation: like most years, nothing has left the yard area since mid-December.  But it looks like the ground is still frozen, restricting us to light work vehicles.  Meanwhile, I'll work on my layout and re-post more of my RR-Line content.

Dave, good to hear about the roofs.  I checked the kits I have on hand, the picture is more complicated than we might have thought.
