Morning all,

Hot and sticky already this morning, but we're supposed to have storms coming this afternoon through tomorrow.

To answer Karl's question, I got 32K miles out of the Michelins.

Hope to get back to the FSM kit, but I got a new "toy", a head tracker for my flight sims.  My VR headset make me nauseated at times with flying sims, so we'll see how this works.

An Navy amphibian from the show.

Good morning, Jeff and crew.  Another day in the low 80's, so the ac is off and the house is open.  At 0600 a flock of birds decided to land in the trees in our back yard and make enough racket to wake me up.  An owl joined in, but he may have been trying to shut them up.

I'm about to go for a short walk, then head to the train club for a while.  I may get to the workbench later to re-do the stuff I messed up yesterday.

A perfect day in SE NH.  70 heading to 82, sunny, low humidity.  Scotch Club will probably meet this afternoon.  In the meantime, I have to go pick up an Rx and then maybe get back to the machine shop build.

Temps at 700going to 900 before the day is over. Saw 890 on the truck dash, 940on a sign in a town I passed. Little if any smoke today.  :o

PT went ok but I'm still not progressing much.

Had a buck munching under the full moon earlier today behind the house.

Bench time a possibility today.  :D

Enjoy, stay well everyone.

Morning.  These photos popped up on one of my Facebook pages this morning.  Must have been the photos ol' Jimmy D used for the design of the kit. The building stood in East Jamaica  Vermont. On another note, i made the decision to stay at my job  till August of next year and I will retire after 38 years. I'll look for another job  with a little less work load after that. Raymo

Great photos, Raymo!  Without those, I'd wonder if that building shape was actually prototypical... (But of course, I know there's a prototype for everything.)

Good morning, all. Dave and I are sharing weather today.  Was up late last night; a friend came to see my layout. After he left I still had time to hit Hodgie's in Amesbury for ice cream, then the dairy for milk, then a video call with my family in Thailand.  Dan, that building looks a lot like it was once a farmhouse with a woodshed connecting it to the barn.  I don't know that generation of cars well enough to say whether the West River RR still ran through Jamaica VT when the photo was taken; probably not, the line was abandoned in 1927.

Today more work on cleaning the wheat and putting the combine away, maybe some modeling in the afternoon/evening.

Good morning everyone.

It will be a mix of sun and clouds here in the very northeast corner of Washington.

Sounds like everyone is doing well.
I have some video's I need to edit and upload.
Then resting up for a nice hike tomorrow.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning all,

Just got back from a trip to the grocery store. Game night tonight at out place.

Hope to squeeze in an hour or two at the workbench later.

I was watching a movie yesterday, "The Hitman's Bodyguard".  It was just so-so but I did enjoy the chase scene near the end where they were going through the streets, alleys and canals of Amsterdam.  That was fun since we were there back in June and recognized some of the scenes.

Have a great one!
