Morning. One of the kitchen staff made a huge pan of cinnamon rolls this morning for those that need  a sugar rush this morning.  For those of us that need to watch the mid section, the standard fair for breakfast is available. Took the day off, plan on doing some modeling and yard work today.

Morning Raymo...I'm hoping to "work from home" today  ;) if my phone doesn't blow up and spend some layout time. I've got a concrete next step that I want to proceed with on the layout and I know that I just need to break the seal with all of my stored post-NNGC motivation and I could actually get a lot done quickly...I just have to get the ball rolling.

Regardless...happy Friday to those of you who don't have a week of Saturdays.

Good morning everyone.

A foggy start to the day here in Forks, WA.
There will be clouds all day and a high of 70.

I'll do a little sightseeing in forks and then look for a nice spot to camp.

Have a great day everyone.

Clear sky and bright sunlight  8) to start the day in the 50s here in mid Michigan heading to a maybe a bit warm 80s,  :D

I have plans to work on the 3-d printing booth ventilation system today, carbon filter and exit fan and duct work.  We'll see how that goes.

I did a little bit of scenic stuff on the layout yesterday.  My static grass test looked credible after a couple days of drying.

Another weekend of fall sports is upon us, may the luck fall your way.

Enuf from here.

Be well all.

Morning all,

I'm off for the next two days, but have to work Sunday.  Headed into the 90s for the next few days.

A trip to the drugstore and credit union on tape for today.

The City worker replaced both water meters in less than 15 minutes.  I wish I could find a plumber that works as quickly.

Need to replace the desks/airbrush booth that I moved for him to get to the meters.

A Vampire and an aerial tanker in today's picture.  I need to download the pics from the NG convention to the computer later as well.

Good morning, all. Another sunny day headed for the 70s in the lower Merrimack Valley. I've got my chores done, a couple more items to do before I head for Concord NH and the NER convention.

Good afternoon.  It's a beautiful day in Tidewater Virginia.  Our son, wife and dog from northern Virginia are here for the weekend.  My son is attending a high school reunion.

We did a three mile walk this morning, the longest since my heart valve replacement and I'm doing good.

I tried to paint a brick wall yesterday and it didn't go well.  It's been a couple years   since I painted one and I've lost the touch.  I need to practice before I strip the paint off the walls and I start again.

I'm back from the NER convention.  James sat through and helped out in my Dover Architecture tutorial, he lives in an historic house plus his wife who's an architect produced really nice models of historic Newburyport structures.  Plus I got a test run of my DCC-equipped test diesel (passed.)

We're off to Boston for a concert tomorrow afternoon (Bach 6 Brandenberg Concertos), so I'll miss tomorrow's NER convention day.  Too bad, there were some interesting clinics, and some stuff in the raffle room I would have bid on.
