Morning all.

Where is everyone?  I slept an hour late and still the first here?  I have the next nine days off.  A staycation to stay with the dog while the wife goes on a trip with her mother and sisters.  Hope to get enough motivation to do something with the layout and/or build something.  I do have a few home chores to accomplish as well.

Morning Jeff and all who follow,

I'm late getting here.  I actually fired up the work PC and dove right into several different work related things.  That could be a bad habit.  I'll have to be more careful in the future.  ;)

One of my (many) favorite scenes on the F&SM.

Have a great one!

Good Morning All,

Have another errand today with Dad then I hope to get serious about putting in some static grass today on the layout.

I hope everything has a good day.

Morning. Well my taste of retirement was nice while it lasted, but I got the OK to go back to work with restrictions the Monday after Thanksgiving. I have an appointment the end of December and he'll decide if I can go back to 100% then.

Morning all,

Dan happy to hear you are getting well enough to get back in the work force. If you consider that a good thing that is.

Happy belated Birthday to Jim.

Have a great day ya'll.

Since we seem to be on a F&SM theme today, here is my contribution.

Morning,

Sanded plaster yesterday and got into deep doo with the furniture all covered in plaster dust. It appears shop vacuum filters clog up faster than I thought.

Good morning! Our brief encounter with 60 degree temperatures is now over - 21 degrees to start the day and we are hoping to double that this afternoon. I'm going to be spending the day doing all the winterization chores around the cabin.  I hope everyone has a great day. Thank you for keeping the F&SM pictures going while I'm partially off the grid.

Good Morning;

Opps on the sanding and thumbs up for Dan feeling better. Hopefully Dan you continue to improve. As for retirement, speaking for myself, don't rush it, it comes with its own set of issues and does not end well. That said it is fun in its own way.

Today museum work, yard work and bench work, in that order. Hope everyone enjoys the day.

Line of the Day yesterday to John S..."the fish didn't bother me a bit"  ;D

I'll be using that.

Good morning.

Back from a grocery run, so I'm checking in a little later than usual.

It rained lightly overnight, but not enough to stop me from working outside.  Time to get started!

I am close to finally finishing a small structure build.  Seems like it takes forever when I only model evenings.  Gotta do a better job on thet "retirement thing".  Pics when I "git'er dun".

Everyone have a great day!

If there's anything -more frustrating- than having a part fly off tweezers to The Great Unknown, I -do not- want to experience it!
