Good morning,

I thought I would get things going early today.

Still waiting for the painters to start.

I did get the window casements in the train layout room trimmed yesterday.  There will be no casing trim around the outside edge of the window because the two levels of the layout benchwork will pass across the windows.

Morning Doug and others,

I had a blood draw early this morning. Pam is taking me to breakfast and then later I'll cut the grass. After that I hope to have enough energy left to work on the Inter-Action trailer kit.

Have a great day ya'll.

Good morning,

My energy has been sapped from dental visit, car service (parts are back ordered) and more pulling out ferns. Were are off to get some edging stones today.

Good Morning Folks;

I have gone back to the drawing board (literally) on the bridge design. I think Iknow what is causing raise and lower issues but requires new test pieces to be made. Other then that some yard work. Have a great day folks.

Good morning.

I'm busy decaling a CNJ composite gondola.  I hope to have it done in time to take it to the Anthracite Modelers Meet this weekend.

I hope everyone has a great day!

A little work drama to start the week has me gazing to the horizon, pondering retirement again...but it looks like my hero, Reading Bob, is taking the glamour out of it...dryer lint?  :P

Pleased to say that my little HOn30 Shay runs beautifully and relatively quietly for an older brass gem.

Morning all,

Breakfast with friends this morning and then a quick mow of the lawn.  I skipped the trimming and edging steps.  It'll hold until next.  ;) Now it's time for a trip to Home Depot and a few other quick stops.  This afternoon I hope to hit the workbench.

We want to see that when you're done with it, Jerry!

Cleaning out the dryer wouldn't have been too bad were it not for two things.  First, our washer/dryer are out in the garage and its stinking hot out there!  Five minutes and I was drenched with sweat.  Second, I don't have a lot of room to work.  I can pull the dryer forward about two feet and squeeze in behind it.  I had to crouch down a lot and, to put it mildly, getting back up was a bit of a challenge. We'll see if what I did does any good next time we use the thing.  Otherwise, retirement is great!

Have a great one!

Morning all.

Late check in as I had a haircut appointment today.

I'd rather clean dryer lint than put up with work.  Seventeen more months.  I'm not sure I'll make it.  :P
