What I find that is really something is that you can walk out of one building at ground level and then right on to the roof of the next building.

This thread might be even better than the original one, if that is possible. Pictures worth studying over and over...and I have. Thanks for taking the time and making such an effort, John. The results are SO worth it.

Thanks for stopping by the thread and I'm glad you are enjoying it.  Between you and me the picture quality is going to be much better on this thread.  The reason is very simple -the first time you photograph the F&SM you try to get it all and you get home and have to use digital zooms to get all the details.  This time I only took a few overview pictures and the camera is capturing the details.  And also, thanks to George, I'm shoot from a much better vantage point.  To me it's like looking at a total different layout. Enjoy,  I will be adding pictures as fast as I can but you will have new ones to look at for many months to come.

Thanks for stopping by the thread.  I have to admit that one of the problems I'm having with posting the pictures is I'm finding myself spending lots of time studying them.

John,

Pictures of George's layout are fantastic showing all the little scenes around the layout. All the different scenes really make a layout come alive. They have given me a lot of ideas that I may use in the future.  Thanks for taking the time to post them.

Thanks for stopping by the thread. It is amazing how much detail George has added to his layout.

As we move down the hill from Masher's we have two unnamed structures before we reach Porky's Place. And behind Porky's we have Mathushek Pianos.
