Branch Line Trains Dubois House in N-scale Reposted eh Reposted Again

I already built the Dubois Store from Branch Line, the other half is of course the Dubois House.


The parts.


Primed and first coat painted , the grayish color is Vallejo Air Pale Blue Grey , I decided to brush paint it.

Yah, with that many parts it is going to take Jan at least a few hours to zap this one together!!

Maybe kit building should be an Olympic event!!

Not going to be that fast , my name is not Karl , and besides that there are so many windows , and the Dutch handball and Volleybal women are playing half finals tonight.

I finally picked up this kit again, almost finished now.


Assembling the roof bases.





Assembling all the details to the walls and porches.

Roof shingles are peel and stick pieces.


Finished assembling , did some weathering , but I still need to do some touch ups here and there. And I need a way to fix the bay window roof.

Looks good Jan, I don't like the way the bay window has big cracks on all the seams. That's how the one in the Tower house was

Yep , I'm going to try to fix it , but most likely I will end up having the bay window facing the backdrop , which is a shame because the bay window should be one of the features in the kit.
