2021 narrow gauge convention bid was won by Hickory, NC. Dalla made a presentation but it was not successful.

Jaime

The Diorama was transported via SUV, with only the buildings and RR equipment separate. Surprisingly nothing got knocked off going in and out of the car or the building.  BTW it is 6'x30"

Jaime,
Thanks, you did a great job documenting the Diorama...I appreciate the different points of view, makes me see things differently.  BTW the #7 Loco is mine too, it didn't win anything.  The tank is printed, with parts added.

I believe I stopped by the table displaying all of your critters and rail cars and such in the vendor show floor. My wife is right, I need to stop taking pictures and start talking to people. It would have been nice to visit with you.

I like the saddle tank locos. It seems I only see them around narrow gauge though.

A lot of models- I think they said well over 100. Poor Jaime didn't get to see much of the convention as he was in the Contest Room clicking away. Imagine if they had allowed tri-pods- he'd still be there. Nice work roomie!
