The two houses in the middle of the photo are CCK kits by Jeff Grove. Reading Bob built these for the Pennsy. Just when I was taking the picture, the Judge popped up. Yes, it's his fault once again.

The green house with the light tan/buff trim in the right rear is also a CCK kit by Jeff Grove.  It's "Aunt Ruth's House" if I recall correctly.  Groovy makes some really neat little houses.   :D

Bob,

I believe you are correct although it no longer appears on Jeff's CCK website.

I understand that the F&SM hopper, #838075, will be visiting the Famous Pennsy, Six Miles West of Altoona and more layout.

The hopper is now on the home tracks of the Atlantic and Southern RR.

It appears Jose has found his normal resting spot or is he just waiting for the next freight train north?

Wow!
What an absolutely fantastic thread trip on the build of this incredible layout.  At the risk of sounding like a broken record.  The scenery is just to die for!  I'm blown away!  Kris is surely a scenery expert.  Is there a layout and scenery book on this?  There should be!  Tom, thanks for sharing some cool pics.  Love the following of this build and nice to see the F&SM hopper #838075 found it's way to the Famous Pennsy Six Miles west of Altoona and more layout.  George has been telling me how he's been following the f&sm traveling car thread and has enjoyed so far all the photos and story lines to date.  He's followed the Six miles west thread also and is a fan of the layout also.  Keep up the great work ya'll.  It matters in this "Worlds Greatest Hobby".     Thanx Thom...

Thom, thank you for the kind words about our efforts on the layout. Since we started this endeavor 6+ years ago we have met some wonderful people associated with this great hobby. IT is especially gratifying George has followed this thread and is a fan!!
Thank You again
