Okay, it's not a kit as in it has no walls but it is a kit none the less.

The Rules Master said and I quote, "I forgot to mention you can build the kit stock or change is up as much as (you) want."

So, this is what I want and I'll kit bash it into a brass lamp post with LED lighting.

Reading Bob and I have been discussing this for the past several years.

Here's a look at the kit.

More in a few. I need to get a cold Diet Pepsi and give ya'll time to stop laughing. ;D ;D

The post has three diameters. The post telescopes from the bottom to the top in decreasing sizes, 1/8" to 3/32" to 1/16" in size with a small 3/32" cap at the top.

I'll use brass for the post, the clear plastic for the glass and modify the top of the Tichy Lamp Post for the top!

In the picture below, the brass is in increasing size from left to right.

I'll cut the post lengths tomorrow and add to the post then.

Tom,
Are the lamposts going to be painted red, as in "Red Light District"?

How are you doing this with only one hand?  Don't tell me you're taking the splint off to work with this.    :o

Pollux,

It is different. Thanks for following along. I've wanted to do this for several years. Now's my chance.

Mike,

They would look good red in the "Red Light District". However, these will be painted Brunswick Green.

Dr. Jeff,

Actually I'm using two hands. No, I'm not violating the doctors orders. I was in the half hand splint for the first week. The doctor removed it and then put me in a heavy hand wrap over a heavy bandage.

He advised me to use the heavy hand wrap (Ace Bandage) when in public in case someone "bumped" me. I use a light wrap around the house or just the bandage.

The sutures will be removed from my shoulder and hand January 2, 2018.

I appreciate your concern and checking on my ability to build without "cheating".
