Builders in Scale "The Waterfront"

I've been following along on various builds and want to give it a go with one of my own. I'll be building "The Waterfront" by Builders in Scale--an oldie but a goodie. I just completed their Tidewater Wharf kit a few months ago and this will complement that area--a seaside town on my layout by the name of Ragged Edge.

Below are the kit contents, spread out:


I do tend to build slow.  I expect this will take me into winter to finish, but I plan to post liberally with photos as I go along. Looking forward to sharing and getting helpful tips/comments along the way.

Janbouli, Pennsylvania German roots--I'm in Harrisburg, PA. Opa is not as common around here, but I like it and more importantly, my assistant locomotive engineer grandkids like it.
