Morning all,

T.G.I.F!  I could use a donut.  Where's Jamie with the donuts?  ???

I sure am looking forward to some workbench time this weekend.  I didn't get any in during the week so I need to make up for lost time.

Have a great one!

Good morning Bob and those that follow. I'm in the middle of my winterization chores this week. I came back to lots of leaves that need to be mulched today - as soon as they dry out a bit from all the rain. I'm off to get poke number 3 for the big germ.  I hope everyone has a great day.  From the F&SM:

Good morning.

It rained steadily overnight after starting out as sleet.  It is still raining lightly but forecast to stop around lunch time.  I'll be hanging in the house for most of the morning so I took the opportunity to sleep in a little today.  That's it from here, nothing new and exciting.

Another pic from Dick Elwell's layout...  everyone have a great day!

Morning, all.

Turned cold yesterday.  Colder today.  Flurries predicted for the first morning dog walk.   :P

Good Morning All,

Have a cleaning project this morning in preparation for Thanksgiving. I think I'm getting close to mounting the mine on the layout.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Great pics of some great layouts today...Here's another one, The Hangman Creek Lumber Company, which will be at the NNGC next year. This layout is so inspiring to me. If you're not familiar with it, look it up online. It's breathtaking. If you're on the fence about making the trip to NNGC, this beauty should push you over.

Have a good day!

Good Morning;

Friday already, the weeks sure are flying by. Great photos, really enjoy checking them out. We have fog this morning, apparently rain later. Well time for second cup of coffee so until tomorrow, have a great day.

Good morning, all,

Jim, I agree. The weeks are flying by.  Rainy day at work, but at least it's Friday.  I'm counting the work weeks until retirement:  only 10 "full weeks" of work to go (not counting 2 weeks of vacation or one short 2-day holiday week).

Happy Friday
Does anyone remember the name of the company that made Pullman window panels/blanks. You essentially removed the window band of any passenger car and used these blanks to get the window arrangement you wanted. Thanks.

New England Rail Service was a dealer/ manufacturer that sold those items. Not sure if they're still in business.
