Registration problems

Have some people on one of my N scale forums wanting to sign on here but the site is not letting them. This if what they posted any help would be great.


There is a lot of good info on the site. I wanted to respond to a post and tried to register as a user. Each time I try it tells me that I am spam and permanently blocked; I have to delete the site cookies before I can even browse again.[/size]There are many signs that the site is dysfunctional: registration marked as not secure by Firefox, no user agreement to agree to (but I agree anyway), and only 182 members but 100k+ posts.
