This was the last kit I was working on before I stopped.  I never released it and had a couple of different versions I was playing around with.  This is kit has old Juneco metal cast windows with laser cut front entrance and corbels.  I started working on it at Christmas.  I want to finish this project and the Delta Mill in the next couple of weeks.

This structure would fit in many downtown areas.

Thanks Karl, corbels are tiny little details that go missing on the work bench.

I miss those announcements too but not the late nights getting it ready.

Hi All
I completed all the cedar shakes on the stairwell and added the doors.  Finished off all the corbels and added paper corrugated roofing on a few roofs.
Thanks,
Joe

Joe..........

This structure has it all.........

Great corbels, closed side stair well and a roof level access...............  Can't wait to see what you might do with the store front and possible signs.........

This is really cool............
