Morning all.

Slept an hour and a half late, and I'm still the first one in.

Figured out how I'm going to install the decoder and ran it through the tester, so we'll try to get that accomplished today in between football and dog walks.

Hawkeyes put up 40 points yesterday, mostly after the starter was yanked for throwing a pick six.  I think he's lost his starting job.

Let's have a good Sunday and a great week!

Morning Jeff and others,

My little mini-cation was great. I sure needed to get Pam away for a few days.

Thanks for the birthday wishes and I forgot to do the same for Cuse and ReadingBob.

Happy Belated Birthday to ReadingBob and Cuse.

Have a great day ya'll.

Tom

Sunny and seasonal.  Wind fire warnings for this afternoon because it's been so dry here.  Last night's Scotch Club meeting was good, I tried a couple different Scotches, and my offering (Isle of Raasay) was well received.

Folks, I saw this for sale while looking for something else;  https://larkspurlaserart.com/microlux-tilt-arbor-saw/  If you do scratchbuilding in wood, this is a GREAT DEAL.  I have that saw and the same set of accessories, and love it.

Hey guys,

Long time lurker, thought I might start participating as the days are getting shorter.

Last night met up with some fellow retirees from prison (staff, not inmate lol) prior to seeing George Thorogood and the Destroyers at the local casino. Classic rocker started his show at 7:00 PM, done at 8:30, we were home in time for me to catch the second half of the Penn State game.

Hmmm!
A Mincemoyer and Penn State fan. There are a bunch of Mincemoyers around my part of metro Philly? Are you part of the clan?
Now that the deck is 95% stained, I've got to focus on my MMR efforts and prepping for the annual Harrisburg Christmas show. Reading Modular has one module depicting the drive-in theater at Sinking Springs, PA. The screen is a small TV set connected to a DVD player. Can you imagine five showings a day for six straight days of Polar Express, WITH SOUND on?
Onward!
Working on my second million. I gave up on the first.

Considering there were two brothers who emigrated from the Stutgartt area in the late 1800's it's quite possible.

Afternoon all,

Thanks for the birthday wishes, Tom!

Chris - nice to see you posting.  Hmm... George Thorogood and the Destroyers from 7:00 until 8:30?  What was that, one, maybe two songs?  :) George never kept 'em short.

Watching some football games today and wishing I had made different picks in the pool by the end of the first quarter. :(

Time to pull out the workbench and get back at it.

Have a great one!
